We are a registered medical equipment supplier based in Houston, Texas. Our range of orthopedic braces and related supplies includes:

• Back braces and lumbar supports
• Knee braces
• Foot, ankle, shoulder, elbow and wrist supports

We also review prescriptions, help you select a suitable product and, where relevant, manage insurance paperwork for you. Products depend on availability, and we may alter, replace or stop offering any product or service at any time.

4Prescriptions and medical need

Our service is built around your doctor's prescription. Before we process or dispatch an order, we may request a valid prescription or other paperwork from your physician. By submitting a prescription or placing an order, you confirm that:

• The details you provide are correct and complete
• A licensed healthcare provider prescribed the equipment
• The equipment is intended only for the patient named

We may refuse or hold an order if a prescription is missing, unclear or cannot be confirmed.

5Orders and pricing

Sending an order request through the Site, by phone, by email or on WhatsApp counts as an offer to purchase. We treat an order as confirmed only after we have checked your prescription, whether the product is in stock and, if relevant, your insurance details. We may turn down or cancel any order at our discretion and will tell you if we do.

Prices and product information can change without notice. What you pay may vary with your insurance coverage, co-pays, deductibles and any taxes that apply. We will tell you the amount due before your order is processed. If a price is shown incorrectly, we may cancel the order and contact you to put it right.

6Insurance and billing

When insurance is part of your order, our team deals with your insurer and takes care of the related paperwork. You are still responsible for giving us correct and complete insurance details.

• Any portion your insurance does not pay, such as co-pays, co-insurance or deductibles, is your responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing
• Your insurer, not us, decides on coverage and approval, so we cannot promise that an order will be covered
• Providing false or misleading details to obtain insurance payment is unlawful, and we will cooperate with the authorities where the law requires

7Shipping, returns and refunds

Details on delivery times, shipping charges, returns and refunds are set out in our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy. Both are part of these terms. Please read them before you order and reach out if anything is unclear.

8Acceptable use

By using the Site, you agree that you will:
